Tuna and Tomato Cream Cheese Mini Empanadas
Regular Cream Cheese
1. Mix in a bowl the tuna, poached onion and the cream cheese.
2. Fill the empanada disks with the above made mixture, fold the disk Fold disks in half to enclose filling; Seal edges with a fork.
3. Fry them in a skillet or deep fryer to 356 ºF/180 ºC.
A boiled egg may be added, if so add more cream cheese otherwise it would get drier.
