Spaghetti with Blue Cheese, Bacon, Pear and Onion
Cream Cheese with Blue Cheese | Regular Cream Cheese
Cook spaghetti in boiling water with a pinch of salt. Drain them.
Cook and stir in a skillet the bacon and onion with a pinch of salt.
Pour the milk along with the cream cheese in a different skillet until it melts. Add pear in pieces and mix.
Add bacon, onion and mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixture onto the spaghetti, mix and season with black pepper, oregano and salt.
Spaghetti may be replaced by any other kind of pasta.
