Imitation Elver, Garlic Prawns and Cream Cheese Tarts
Cream Cheese with Herbs | Low Fat Cream Cheese | Regular Cream Cheese | Cream Cheese with Tomato
1. Peal the prawns
2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the sliced garlic and the chili
3. Once the garlic browned, add the elvers and the prawns. Season.
4. Fill the tarts with cream cheese (only three quarters of the tart)
5. Sprinkle with parsley or chopped chives
Chili can be replaced by ground white pepper, to be add at the same time as the salt.
