Blue Cheese Croquettes
Cream Cheese with Blue Cheese
1. Put butter and onion in a sauce-pan until tender.
2. In a different sauce-pan heat milk
3. Once the onion tender, add the flour and cook 5 minutes.
4. Add the heated milk and the cream cheese and mix well. Add salt to taste and cool.
5. Shape dough into balls once cooled down, dip in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
6. Fry them in plenty of oil.
Dip in egg and breadcrumbs twice so the dough does not come out when frying them.
