Bacon, Onion and Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
Cream Cheese with Blue Cheese | Cream Cheese with Herbs | Low Fat Cream Cheese | Regular Cream Cheese | Cream Cheese with Tomato
1. Clean the mushrooms. Remove and discard stems.
2. Fry bacon and chopped stems in skillet with olive oil. Once sautéed add cream cheese.
3. Spoon into mushrooms caps and bake 15 minutes to 356 ºF/180 ºC.
4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with crispy onion.
Substitute sautéed onions in place of crispy onions. Sautéed onion may be mixed with the rest of ingredients.
